When you submit a project inquiry, Hanover Tech may collect your name, email address, business or project name, project type, estimated budget, desired timeline, and the project details you choose to provide.

Inquiry information is used to evaluate the project, respond to you, prepare potential scopes or proposals, maintain a business record of the inquiry, protect the website from abuse, and operate Hanover Tech.

Service providers

Hanover Tech uses third-party infrastructure providers to host the website, process form submissions, store business records, and send transactional email. Those providers process information as necessary to provide their services.

Do not submit sensitive credentials

Do not submit passwords, API keys, payment card information, Social Security numbers, or similar sensitive credentials through the public contact or onboarding forms. Secure access methods will be arranged separately if a project requires credentials.
